Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or leaked
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in defective condition
- Missing items in the package
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Reason for return request
Products must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- Returned with all labels and seals intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Customized or special-order products
- Clearance or discounted products (unless damaged)
Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be issued through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer
- UPI
Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may provide:
- Product replacement
- Exchange with similar product
- Partial/full refund depending on the issue
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
